Officials of Namibia China Development Assistance Training class visits African Research Center

为构建中非命运共同体，推动“一带一路”建设，帮助纳米比亚官员了解中国在对外援助项目管理、产业合作等方面的经验做法，11月18日，在商务部国际商务官员研修学院进修学习的20名纳米比亚官员访问了我校非洲研究中心。

On November 18, in order to build a China-africa community with a shared future, promote the construction of the “Belt and Road”and help Namibian officials understand China's experience in the management of foreign aid project and industrial cooperation, 20 Namibian officials studying at the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce visited the African Research Center.

中心主任海江波介绍了我校在非洲国家开展科技合作以及农业技术援助工作进展和成效，针对进一步加强合作交流进行了探讨。认为纳米比亚具有丰富的农业资源基础和合作交流潜力，期望在鲜食玉米、甘蔗、蚕桑、肉兔养殖以及食用菌等领域有深入合作，希望把中国产业脱贫经验在纳米比亚复制推广，共同为纳米比亚减贫、消除饥饿做出贡献。

Hai jiangbo, director of the center, introduced the progress and achievement of our university's scientific and technological cooperation and agricultural technical assistance in African countries, and discussed how to further strengthen cooperation and exchange. It is believed that Namibia has rich agricultural resource base and potential for cooperation and exchange. It is hoped that there will be in-depth cooperation in the fields of fresh corn, sugarcane, sericulture, meat rabbit breeding and edible fungus.

It is hoped that the experience of China's industrial poverty alleviation will be replicated and popularized in Namibia and contribute to poverty alleviation and hunger eradication in Namibia.

During the visit, officials of the training class visited the achievement exhibition and crop innovation platform of agricultural college. Tong Wei, director of crop innovation platform, introduced the operation mode and large-scale instruments of the platform.
